Each L Tower unit features 9 foot ceiling heights in principal rooms from the 13th floor to 53rd floor, and 10 foot ceiling heights in principal rooms from 3rd floor to 12th floor and from 54th floor to 58th floor. Suites feature a choice of pre-finished engineered hardwood flooring in addition to tall, extended windows with awning-type opening sashes. There is a choice of porcelain, marble, granite, or pre-engineered hardwood flooring in the foyer and entrance hall, with a designer wood, solid-core suite entry door.
