A work in progress since October 2009, in recent months we’ve seen the construction of the L Tower progress in an increasingly rapid manner.
We’re happy to report that as of late 2011, the first glass window had been installed on the building’s façade. The façade, which features a bluish-grey metallic spandrel outline, has been touted by Urban Toronto as an impressive and refreshing change from the “typical grey, black or silver cladding we see applied to most projects in the city.”
It’s safe to say that the new windows are a strong indicator of progress toward a possible condo completion by the end of this New Year.
